One Wilshire – 624 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles
This project consisted of a new parking control system for the underground parking area, in partnership with FlashParking. To replace the existing system, CG Systems crews installed new entry and exit kiosks, new Magnetic pro barrier arm operators, in-ground vehicle loops, bollards, traffic signals, including all cabling and configuration.

Santa Monica Business Park
This was a multi-phase project with multiple locations. A large business park located in Santa Monica needed new parking controls, barrier arms, RFID systems, and general access control. CG Systems Inc. worked with FlashPark systems to design and implement the project.
Marina Del Rey Business Center
CG Systems crews designed and installed new Magnetic barrier arm operators and FlashParking systems for multiple locations and buildings at the Marina Del Rey Business Center, located at 13160 Mindanao Way, Marina Del Rey, California 90292. This project included installing wireless IP links to communicate back to the building network. The wireless network allows the new systems to function properly without expensive trenching and back fill through the asphalt parking lots.
