Windsor Communities is a client with luxury apartments all across California. Mariott IT Department – Irvine

This project was part of new construction on a floor dedicated to Marriott Hotel’s IT Department. CG Systems crews installed new card/key fob readers on glass doors, video call intercom systems, and a reception desk master station for controlling the doors.

Cadence Park – Great Park Neighborhoods

The Cadence Park job in Irvine was installed for Slater Builders Inc. Altair – Irvine

CG Systems Inc. has performed around half a million dollars worth of projects for the Altair communities and recreation centers, located in Irvine, CA. 1433 14th St – Santa Monica

This project entailed CG Systems installing a turn-key system with new IP cameras, access control, and a newly fabricated pedestrian gate for the main entry. All designed and implemented by California Gate / CG Systems. 1433 is a condominium complex located in Santa Monica, CA.

The Gardenhouse – Beverly Hills

Project was completed by CG Systems in partnership with Proptia. We worked to design and install an ease-of-use access control & visitor management system for the new multifamily development.
