Windsor Communities is a client with luxury apartments all across California. They have been a long-time customer of CG Systems, whether it be city block size camera systems, access control, or maintenance items associated with such large properties. One Wilshire – 624 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles

This project consisted of a new parking control system for the underground parking area, in partnership with FlashParking. To replace the existing system, CG Systems crews installed new entry and exit kiosks, new Magnetic pro barrier arm operators, in-ground vehicle loops, bollards, traffic signals, including all cabling and configuration. www.one-wilshire.com

Mariott IT Department – Irvine

This project was part of new construction on a floor dedicated to Marriott Hotel’s IT Department. CG Systems crews installed new card/key fob readers on glass doors, video call intercom systems, and a reception desk master station for controlling the doors.

The Cadence Park job in Irvine was installed for Slater Builders Inc.
