  • Minimum Premium Service Call Charge (90 minute minimum - portal to portal) - $210.00
  • Minimum Standard Service Call Charge (billed in 15 minute increments) - $140.00

Provided 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - These rates are for established customers with a PMC.

PMC Customer - Premium Tech Service Calls - 24/7/365
  • Minimum Premium Service Call Charge (90 minute minimum - portal to portal) - $246.75
  • Billable Hourly Rate after first 90 minutes (billed in 15 minute increments) - $164.50
  • Minimum Remote Premium Service Call Charge (includes first 60 minutes remote) - $150.00
  • Billable Hourly Premium Rate after first 60 minutes (billed in 15 minute increments) - $150.00
 
Access Control/Telephone System Remote Programming Service for PMC Customers - $55.00

Provided 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - These rates are for established customers with a PMC.

Premium service is provided within 4 hours of request received by our CSR team or an on-call technician. (All calls are billable portal to portal).
