In 1981, Brian Jorgensen established California Gate and Entry Systems with the primary focus of becoming one of the best automation companies in Southern California. With that goal in mind and to achieve the highest standards of quality control, the company was developed with two specific departments:
Installation and Service. Both departments serve individual homeowners, homeowner associations, apartments, commercial/industrial properties and many specialized applications. Along with all the standard driveway and pedestrian gates we have fabricated and automated, we have also automated skylights, walls and inground gate operators before they were commercially available. The Service Department performs repairs and routine maintenance on existing gate/access systems. We also offer a variety of preventive maintenance programs which prolong and enhance the life and performance of these systems. Our Installation Department designs, fabricates, installs and
automates gates of all kinds. The gates we fabricate range from light to heavy ornamental and wrought iron, specialty metals such as brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel and gates decoratively clad with wood. 
The automation and access systems we offer are all state of the art which meet and exceed industry standards. We pride ourselves on presenting and helping our customers select the best system for their application. We do this by explaining their
options and system capabilities so they can make an informed choice. After the installation is completed we demonstrate the system and train them on it's use and care. We believe we have the finest staff. They keep a close eye on safety, quality and customer service. We work very hard to be accessible
